Truly Semiconductors Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Truly International Holdings Ltd., was established in 1991 and has headquarters in Hong Kong and has all its manufacturing facilities in Shanwei, Guangdong Province in China. The Truly Industrial City occupies more than 1,000,000 m2 and has more than 12,000 employees.

The company is equipped with one state-of-the art TFT production line, four passive LCD production lines, one OLED production line, three touch panel production lines, two compact camera module (CMOS sensor) factories and backlight factory together with several fully automated module assembly lines.

Its product range consists of TFT, color super-twisted nematic (CSTN), twisted nematic (TN), super-twisted nematic (STN), film super-twisted nematic (FSTN), VA passive display, organic light-emitting diode (OLED), and modules. Truly markets its products for use in small- and medium-sized device with displays and related accessories.

Truly TFT processes 370 x 470 mm LCD glass substrates with the progressive three phase development plan to ramp up the capacity to 80,000 substrates per month. The company is also scheduled to develop an active matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED).

In addition to the well-established display module product, Truly develops the touch panel/touch window (both resistive and capacitive types touch panel technology). The company also offers up to 5 Mega Pixel Autofocus CMOS CCM products. Truly Semiconductors Ltd will continuously developing our expertise on three directions: DISPLAY; TOUCH PANEL; CCM.
